Last Wednesday I got to do something that I have wanted to do FOREVER! I got to do hair for a high fashion bridal photoshoot and it was a blast! There were 2 gorgeous models and 2 different styles for the photoshoot. The photographer, Amber Shaw, wanted to do a normal bridal shoot and also a "trash the dress" shoot.
All of the pictures turned out fantastic and made me way excited to hopefully do more hair for wedding stuff later!
I also got to make the hair accessories for the shoot which was so fun and I would love to do more of! So, if anyone has any fun ideas of hair accessories or other things like that that they want to make definitely let me know! I would love to help :)

Elsie's Haircut
So, on friday night my brother and sister in law got to go through one of the experiences that makes me think I just might not be able to have kids... Their adorable 3 year old girl decided to cut her own hair. Now I didnt get to see it but from what I hear she had cut a pretty good sized chunk right in the front and one kinda on the left side in the back.
I wasn't home that night so my sister in law decided to take her to a salon at Fashion Place to get the cut fixed. They wanted to leave as much length as possible so they tried just giving her some bangs and cutting some layers and when they got home and straightened her hair the poor little girl basically had a mullet. Needless to say the girl at the salon had done a terrible job. There were short layers on one side and the bottom was really uneven and none of the layers blended.
The next morning when I got home I went over to their house to fix the haircut, and ended up having to take about 3 inches off of her hair to get things to blend and look good. So after what ended up being 3 haircuts for Elsie and a couple of tears (she likes her hair longer) we ended up with a really cute haircut and she likes it :)
Hopefully this will not be an experience we have to re-live :)

PHOTO SHOOT PICTURES
These are all pictures that I did hair and makeup for. I have an absolute passion for styling for photo shoots and I would love to so more of it. I also would love to do hair and make up for runway shows and other things like that.
